My name is Cathy Clark. I am an ACSM certified personal trainer that works with women of all ages. I am passionate about helping women become healthy and fit. There are no quick fixes or magic pills to better health. It starts with intention and continues with commitment. It's not a diet, it's a life style, it's your LIFE!
It is my goal to help you be and feel your best by educating you on exercise, making better food choices, reducing stress and finding your own "Path to Wellness". I will be here to support you for every step of the way!
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
